Greco Brothers Hot Air Drying Systems are designed to be the most efficient and economical parts dryers available. Our foam-insulated, double-walled heavy duty stainless steel construction ensures quick heat-up time and long equipment life. The air in the drying chamber is recirculated, so unlike other dryers which exhaust large amounts of heated air, Greco Brothers Hot Air Drying Systems offer greatly reduced energy costs. All recirculated air is continually refiltered and reheated so that only clean, hot air is directed at the workpiece. Our batch Systems offer a choice of door mechanisms which can be mechanically assisted or completely automated.

Our Industrial Hot Air Drying Systems are offered in five standard styles, most available in both steam and electric heat. Each style has been carefully designed to solve specific drying problems associated with particular part, rack and basket configurations, through-put requirements, and material handling considerations. Modular Top Load- Our bench style drying system is ideal for facilities with low production rates and fairly small parts baskets. The roll cover makes loading a breeze and the entire system requires only a minimum amount of floor space. Model MT 2820 (shown at top of page) is designed to accept up to two of our rotating parts baskets. Compartment sizes from 16" x 20" x 16" to 28" x 20" x 24"

Top Load- Designed for racks, trays or parts up to 25" tall. Five full-length removable stainless steel rods are mounted across the top of the work area to accommodate hanging racks. Trays or baskets can be placed directly on the optional work rest at the bottom of the drying chamber. Compartment sizes from 30" x 25" x 25" to 60" x 25" x 25".

Front Load- Front load drying systems are designed to enable an operator to easily load the work area with racks, parts and trays that are taller than 24". Hanger rods and a work rest are standard, and a system for accepting multiple shallow trays is available as an option. All models are available with counter weighted slide-up doors, power slide up doors, or hinged double doors. Standard compartment sizes range from 30" x 24" x 30" to 48" x 32" x 36"

Roller Table- Designed to be placed in line with a roller-conveyor cleaning operation, these dryers feature a manually operated stainless steel roller assembly. The roller dryer is supplied with a 4' roller table extension for the entrance and exit. Optional motorized rollers are available for all models.

 

Conveyorized- These systems incorporate a stainless steel mesh conveyor that moves the parts through the drying chamber. Best suited for continuous operations with high production requirements. High capacity variable speed drive, and an optional air knife offers the ability to customize the drying process to accommodate the workpiece.

Greco Brothers Lab Style dryers are built with many of the same features as our industrial-sized dryers, but with smaller heated chambers. Their modest overall size makes these systems ideal for testing laboratories and other facilities with low production rate requirements.

Stainless Steel Stand

A stainless steel angle stand is provided to raise the cover height of the dryer to 36".

A 5 micron aluminum filter is located in the air stream to keep the drying chamber free from airborne particles.
